Public notice of the proposed decision was published on <br />October 8, 2006, in the Steamboat Pilot & Today. The 10-day public comment period <br />following the publication closed on October 18, 2006. No cotttments were received in <br />response to the notice. The approval proposed decision of the TR-45 application of <br />October 2, 2006 is final as of October 18, 2006.
