As you recall the quarterly sample taken in July, 1996 revealed
that [here was water present in M-8 which has historically been dry. A sample was taken
+ahich showed that both concentrations of iron and mam~anese were above penn3it
standards. Sally stated that she attempted to re-sample the well within two weeks of
receiving the July sample results and sample could not be obtained because there was
only mud in the casing and could not be bailed.
Respectful~lyJ
_~ccu- ~D~
Dan Rubertson

P.O.
