In order to allow adequate time for response, review, and
approval, with this communication we are requesting that the decision dates
be extended as noted below:
TRO5-48, 6-North Mains Ventilation Shaft: TCC is currently working on
responses to the CDMG's 6/24/05 Technical Adequacy comments. Given the
number and nature of adequacy comments, we anticipate that it will be
mid-August before we can complete and submit all adequacy responses.
Therefore, we respectfully request that the decision date for TROS-48 be
extended to September 2, 2005.
TROS-49, Modification of Refuse Storage and Handling Procedures: All
adequacy issues have been addressed, however, there are concerns with the
bonding cost estimate. These concerns have been discussed with Janet
Binns, and TCC is preparing documentation addressing material movement
quantities and costs so that the bonding cost estimate can be corrected to
more accurately reflect actual reclamation requirements. We anticipate
that this documentation will be completed and submitted for CDMG's
consideration by July 29th. Therefore, we respectfully request that the
decision date for TROS-49 be extended to August 19, 2005.
We appreciate your consideration and ongoing assistance. Please feel free
to contact me with any questions or to discuss this request -
Best regards,
Jerry
E-mail Disclaimer:
The information contained in this e-mail, and in any accompanying
documents, may constitute confidential and/or legally privileged
