Mount <br />Division of Minerals and Geology <br />1313 Sherman Street <br />Room 215 <br />Denver, Colorado 80203 <br />Dear Mr. Mount: <br />III IIIIIIIIIIIIIIII <br />sss <br />RECEIVED <br />JUL 191995 <br />Division of rwinerais ~ Geology <br />This letter concerns the Ready Mixed Concrete Company, Bromley Lakes Pit (your <br />Permit No. M-87-049) located in Section 13, Township 1 South, Range 67 West, Adams <br />County, Colorado. <br />Your project has been reviewed in accordance with Section 404 of the Clean Water <br />Act under which the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers regulates the excavation and discharge <br />of dredged and fill material into waters of the United States including wetlands. <br />Reference is made to a June 29, 1995 wetlands determination conducted by Mr. Terry <br />McKee of this office. During Mr. McKee's site visit, it was found that no wetlands exist at <br />this site. <br />This letter is to inform you that the proposed activity, assigned number 199580508, <br />will not require a Department of the Army (DA) Permit. <br />Although a DA Permit will not be required for the project, this does not eliminate the <br />requirement that other applicable federal, state, and local permits be obtained as required. <br />If there are any further questions concerning this matter, please feel free to contact <br />Mr. Terry Mclkce of this office at 303-979-4120. <br />Sincerely, <br />
