I believe, however, there may be some confusion re: the designation of recent submittals and question whether this farm is necessary. As noted in your correspondence, revisions to the PAP necessary to address concerns related to the SAE at the Northwest Mains Ventilation Shaft and abate NOV CV-2005-006 were submitted as MR05-194 on 6/8/05. This was done to reserve the designation of MROS-193 for the topsoil storage revisions for the 18-Right Ventilation Shaft Access Road, pending a determination by the CDMG as to whether or not this revision would be processed as an MR (MROS-193) or a TR (TR05-50). On receipt, the CDMG designated the submittal far the Northwest Mains Ventilation Shaft SAE revisions as MRO5-193. TCC received the CDMG's adequacy comments on the Northwest Mains Ventilation Shaft SAE revision (6/8/05), and prepared and submitted adequacy responses and corresponding PAP revisions on 6/21/05. Based on our understanding of the CDMG designation for this revision, the responses were submitted under the MROS-193 designation. At some point, the CDMG redesignated the minor revision submittal as MR05-194, consistent with TCC's original designation for the initial submittal (6/8/05). It was our understanding and intent that the6i21105 submittal respond to the CDMG adequacy comments on the original (6/8/05) revision submittal and retain the same designation. It was not intended as a separate minor revision submittal, therefore, a separate application farm was not required or submitted. In order to address the numbering confusion, I suggest that we both void the MI5-193 designation (or note as "withdrawn") in our files and that all materials related to modification of the PAP for the Northwest Mains Ventilation Fan SAE be handled under MR05-194. If this is acceptable, you can ignore the accompanying application form and I will provide a full set of all submittal materials (the 6/8/05, 6/21/05, and any subsequent) with the corrected designation for MROS-194.
