The purpose of the inspection <br />will be to evaluate reclamation at the site. Rule 3.03.2(2) of the Rules and <br />Regulations of the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Board for Coal Mining <br />requires that you be notified prior to the inspection, so that you may attend the <br />inspection.
