Enclosed please find a Midterm <br />Revegetation Plan Review memorandum from Dan Mathews of ow Grand Junction office. This <br />addendum to the original Midterm Review contains additional comments numbered as items 1 <br />through ] 8. <br />The Division requested a revision to the New Horizon Mine permit (by January 31, 2006) to <br />adequately address concerns identified in Section V of the Midterm Review dated November 23, <br />2005. More time will be needed to respond to the additional comments regarding the <br />revegetation plan contained in the attached memorandum.
