If you look at the support equipment for truck tasks there is a 25°,6 use of a dozer to help load and a 100% of a
dozer to spread (dump support).
10. I was going by what the AML people told me. The alternative to a bulkhead seal is pushing and packing
rock in the opening as a backstop. I am not sure the earth backfill takes this into account. A task for this could be
added in lieu of the bulkhead seal.
13. I spoke with Mike Boulay this morning and he said the Dso that SEDCAD predicts is the most important
component of channel design and that pit run is too much of a wild card to use.
If you want I can put these into a more formal memo. Please let me know.
--Original Message--
From: Mathews, Dan
Sent: Thursday, 12 July, 2001 16:23
To: Stark, Jim; Berry, David
Subject: roadside memo
the memo you just received from me regarding the roadside cost estimate contained a couple errors. The corrected
memo is attached. Please destroy the previous memo. The main change is that the new memo makes no reference
to me preparing a letter, it just says I will await feedback before proceeding.
« File: 7-12-01 cost estimate memo.doc»
