Vajda: <br />The Division has given considerable thought as to whether Area 9-10 within the <br />Eckman Park Permit Area meets the approximate original contour requirement <br />(AOC). As we conveyed to Rick (dills and Jeff McKenzie on February 26, 1987, <br />we were consulting with the Office of the Attorney General as well as <br />collecting information regarding the evolution and current legal status of the <br />issue. 'de have not completed our research as we are still awaiting some <br />material. In addition, as I indicated to you in our telephone conversation, <br />prior to making a decision regarding Area 9-10, we wish to resolve the issues <br />raised in our preliminary adeouacy letter of March 6, 1987.
