Dear Mr. Luke: The Division has completed its review of Sections 1.0, 3.0, 4.0, 5.0, 6.0 and 7.0 of the 1995 Annual Report, for Technical Revision No. 70, and has the following questions or comments. The Division's adequacy letter concerning Section 2.0, Annual Hydrology Report, was sent to Trapper on February 11, 1997. The last question or comment in that letter was number 11, so the first question or comment in this letter is number 12. Section 1.0, Annual Reclamation Report 12. The Division finds the ARR to be complete and accurate. Section 3.0, Drainaaewav Reconstruction, Improvements and Repairs 13. Sheets 1 of 2 and 2 of 2 of the map entitled "Drainage Reconstruction" use different annotation symbols for contour ditches. These two sheets also use different annotation symbols for reconstructed drainages. For the sake of clarity, please resolve this difference by using the same annotation on both sheets for contour ditches and the same annotation on both sheets for reconstructed drainages. 14. In comparing sheet 1 of 2 of the 1995 Drainage Reconstruction map with the same map from the 1994 Annual Report, it appears that there are two sections of the Johnson Gulch drainage that appear on the 1994 map, but which do not appear on the 1995 map. Please explain.
