A copy of the revised Public Notice is enclosed which <br />gives the USGS Quadrangle location in which the upgrades, power lines, and associated <br />change in permit boundary are located. The following responses are provided with regard <br />to Divisions comments: <br />Permit page 2.05-16(g) is incorporated in TR-27. The sentence "These conditions <br />will be considered as facilities outside the permit boundary for TCC." has been <br />changed to read "The permit boundary will be extended to include the Eas[ 'h of <br />Section 12. in TSN, R86W [o include these additions." <br />3. Permit Page 2.05-~4(f)(67) has been updated to indicate that the revised costs are <br />associated v,•ith 'fR 97-27. <br />3. The two pages referenced above are considered part of TR 97-27. Copies of these <br />updated pages are included with this submittal. <br />4. MR 97-146 has been withdrawn and resubmitted as TR 97-27. Please close the <br />file on MR 97-146. <br />~. Tlie second page of Exhibit O has been changed to indicate that TR 97-27 adds <br />the East 1/2 of Section 12 in TSN, R86W to the TCC permit boundary. <br />6. The substation and roadway are owned by YVEA and were constructed under a <br />blanket easement dating back to 1940. "fCC does not own the substation area. <br />TCC is responsible for the pads and equipment installed at the substation, the <br />power poles and electric line.
