Permit Revision - Response to Adequacy Review
Dear Ms. Morrison;
&nclosed are Salt Creek's responses to most issues raised in your
adequacy review of the application for permit revision.
Unfortunately, Salt Creek has not been able to address all issues
that may effect your ability to make a decision regarding this
application at this time. Salt Creek requests an extension of the
time for review of the permit application until December 6, 1991.
The issues yet to be satisfactorily resolved are:
Insurance Certificate - Not available at this time.
Figures 4.5-1 & 2 - Must be revised with new Permit Boundary.
These items should be resolved shortly.
Responses to the deficiencies addressed in your letter of
,(/September 6, 1991 are as follows:
(~-Rule 2.03.4(2)(c) - Added to Appendix A, Page 8.
Rule 2.04.7(1)(b) - Added to Page 4-15
