Public Notice <br />The Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety, in accordance with Title 34, Article 33, of the Colorado <br />Revised Statutes, hereby issues notice that on January 29, 2007, a minor revision application (MR-78) to <br />the Bowie No. 2 Mine, Permit No. C-1996-083, operated by Bowie Resources, LLC, P.O. Box 483, <br />Paonia, CO 81428 was considered complete for the purposes of filing. In Minor Revision No. 78, Bowie <br />Resources LLC is proposing to drill seven GOB vent Boreholes at the Bowie No. 2 mine. Six drill sites <br />and associated roads are on surface lands owned by Bowie Resources. One drill site and a short section <br />of new road are on Land Managed by the Bureau of Land Management. Total surface disturbance is 4.5 <br />acres in Freeman Gulch.
