Cattany <br />Division Director <br />Natural Resource Tnstee <br />The Division of Minerals and Geology will be conducting a liability release inspection of the Eagle No. <br />5 and 9 Mines on November 18, 2004, at 8:00 a.m. The purpose of the inspection will be to evaluate <br />surface subsidence effects due to underground coal mine workings at the site. Rule 3.03.2(2) of the <br />Rules and Regulations of the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Board for Coal Mining requires that <br />you be notified prior to the inspection, so that you may attend the inspection.
