Lnnp <br />D rvuion Director <br />The Division has determined that 510(c) Letters are unnecessary to <br />solicit for the Red Canyon Mine, as MINREC, Inc. only has <br />operations in the state of Colorado. MINREC controls and owns 100 <br />percent of the North Thompson Creek Mine and the Blue Ribbon Mine <br />in addition to the Red Canyon Mine. Both sites do not have any <br />outstanding fines and/or penalties, a suspended or revoked mining <br />permit, or a forfeited mining bond. <br />034.510c <br />
