Box 1067 <br />Meeker, CO 91641 <br />Re: Filing of Application for Technical Revision to American Soda's <br />Reclamation Permit No. M-99-002 <br />Yankee Gulch Mineral Sodium Pro%ect <br />Dear Clerk: <br />American Sada, LLP ("American Soda") is filing, on August 2, 2000, an Application for a Technical <br />Revision to its Reclamation Permit No. M-99-002 with the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation <br />Board under the provisions of the Colorado Mined Land Reclamaticn Act. The Rider to Mining <br />Permit attached to the above referenced permit as well as the applicable rules and regulations of <br />the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Board require that we place a copy of the Application for <br />Technical Revision with your office for public review. <br />Enclosed is a copy of the Application for Technical Revision with all of its attachments. In <br />accordance with the regulations, American Soda requests that the Technical Revision not be <br />recorded, but be available far public review for at least sixty (60) days after a decision has been <br />made on the Technical Revision.
