We all have gardens, livestock and fruit trees, two neighbors <br />have new commercial grape vineyards. I feel that without review and <br />OOrrectian SOWie's pla~S L'riii iicgatively cff2vct property VaiueS, <br />livelihoods and quality of life. <br />There is no need for such rapid expansion in mine output if there is <br />legitimate concern for long term negative impact.
