The boundary• changes are <br />being requested so that we stay 200 feet from our property line and still maintain a 40 acre Permit. <br />(please see map ). We further propose to back-fill along the south side of the pit using a sand pump. <br />'[his will begin when we next dredge the pit. Also we will back-fill with rip-rap along the same area, <br />as that material becomes available.
