Box 236 <br />Kremmling, Colorado 80459 <br />Re: Grand Gravel, Revision Approval, Permit No. M-81-236, Revision No. TR-002 <br />Dear Mr. Curry: <br />On September 17, 1993 the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Board (Board) <br />approved the technical revision application suhmitted to the Division on <br />August 18, 1993, addressing the cement batch plant and aggregate wash plant. <br />The terms of the TR No.002 approved by the Board are hereby incorporated into <br />Permit No. M-81-236. All other conditions and requirements of Permit <br />No. M-81-236 remain in full force and effect. <br />As we discussed during September 03, 1993 telephone conversation, the <br />financial warranty is currently being reviewed.
