The written notification was sent on May 9, 994 along <br />with a copy of the legal notice. The legal notice was pu lished in <br />the Valley Courier, Alamosa, Colorado on May 12, 19, 26 and June <br />2. The legal notice was changed after the second printi~g to read <br />that written comments for the modification must be recei ed by the <br />Division of Minerals and Geology by June 22, 1994. All andowners <br />were informed that they could review a copy of t e permit <br />Ir~oc,lification at the Costilla County Courthouse; Clerk an Recorder <br />Office, San Luis, CO 81152.
