No reply neccessary. <br />8. No further concerns. <br />9. BRL responded that there is no septic system next to the shop. The Division erred in <br />referencing the shop. The reference should have been to the septic system next to the <br />train readout structure on the extreme east side of the train readout area, as shown on <br />Map 7. Please add a short description in Section 2.05.3(3)(b)(i) of this septic system. <br />BRL- The available information concerning the Sewage Treatment Plant at the Unit <br />Train Loadout is attached to this submittal. It is taken directly from the Bowie <br />No. 1 Mine permit application and inserted into page 2.05-12 and 2.05-13. <br />
