9. BRL responded that there is no septic system next to the shop. The Division erred in
referencing the shop. The reference should have been to the septic system next to the
train readout structure on the extreme east side of the train readout area, as shown on
Map 7. Please add a short description in Section 2.05.3(3)(b)(i) of this septic system.
BRL- The available information concerning the Sewage Treatment Plant at the Unit
Train Loadout is attached to this submittal. It is taken directly from the Bowie
No. 1 Mine permit application and inserted into page 2.05-12 and 2.05-13.
