Colorado Stone <br />Quarries, Inc. is now the permitted operator of the Yule Mazble Quarry, and as such, is responsible for all provisions in <br />M-1999-058, as well as those specified in the Rules and Regulations. <br />Enclosed is Washington International hrstrrance Company Corporate Surety Bond in the amount of <br />$40,258.00, and the Performance Warranty you originally provided. These have been released as of the May 28, 2004 <br />Division approval for the succession of operators.
