AM-1 <br />Deaz Mr. Doors: <br />On May 3, 2006 the Division of Minerals and Geology approved the Amendment application submitted to the Division <br />on 4/11/06 addressing the following: <br />Increase the a,~J'ected acreage from 3.1 acres to 9.8 acres <br />The terms of the Amendment No. 1 approved by the Division are hereby incorporated into Permit No. M-2003-030. All <br />other conditions and requirements of Permit No. M-2003-030 remain in full force and effect. <br />The estimated liability amount of $15,746.00 for the Glacier Peak Mining, when added to the existing liability amount of <br />$4,905.OQ, exceeds the performance bond held. If you have not already done so, please submit additional bond in the <br />amount of $15,746.00.
