Long <br />y Division Director <br />Re: AGRI-DLD Gravel Pit, Technical Revision Approval, Permit No. M-2000-030, Revision No. TR-1 <br />Dear Mr. Gosney: <br />On December 4, 2000 the Division of Minerals and Geology approved the Technical Revision application <br />submitted to the Division on November 3, 2000, addressing the following: <br />Operator proposes change to segeeence of mining phases, mld realignment of access road. There is no <br />charsge to marimutn disturbed acreage or mining method, and reclamation will still be carried out <br />concurrently. Sediment control will be implemented through structures, as before. New rood will ren:anl <br />as originally approved. Gas well and road now e.Yist, and might remain after reclamation. Staging urea <br />might move to Phase 2, closer to future highlvall, so Phase 1 can be reclaimed. Bond amount does not <br />change. <br />The terms of the Technical Revision No. I approved by the Division are hereby incorporated into Permit No. M- <br />2000-030.
