Dept. of Natural Resources <br />Further to my letter of 21 June 1982 and in reply to the in- <br />spection report of the boards reclamation specialist, Mr Brad <br />Jaynes, I submit the following for the operator Dick 4lhite: <br />1. A technical revision to the original permit will <br />be prepared. This technical revision is in process <br />nova. I would hope that it can be finalized for pre- <br />sentation to M.L.R.B. within 60 days. <br />2. I have met with Division of Wildlife representative <br />Mr. Michael Grode and presented proposed plans for <br />mitigating efforts ~ohich appear to be acceptable to <br />them. As in the past I will review plans with Mike <br />for comments prior to submittal to M.L.R.B. for the <br />boards review. <br />3. It is my intent to include plans for the total now <br />anticipated gravel mining development in the tech- <br />nical revision. <br />4. Problems which resulted in clearing of the initial <br />site have been addressed previously. I propose to <br />flag or otherwise identify tree massess to remain. <br />Other areas which are not to be disturbed will also <br />be physically identified in order to prevent any <br />future misinterpretation or accidental damage. <br />I hope this reply is satisfactory to the board and fulfills <br />our requirements regarding response.
