To: Tom Bird
From: RanneyH@COAL@DNRt4L
Cc:
Subject: AVS (Applicant Violator System) Check
Attachment: MR27IN-1.DOC
Date: 5/27/99 9:49 AM
Tom, 1 have the results of the preliminary check and it shows that Michael J. t7uillen has
some outstanding issues in Virginia that have not been satisfied but apparently there are
agreements to resolve the issues, therefore, a conditional issue was issued. Since this is a
minor revision,(MR-27), an AVS check was not required, however, when you submit your next
PR, then everything should be in order. To that effect, I am sending you an attachment that
has numerous paperwork items that the Division requires in order to post the changes into
the AVS system that MR-27 outlined. I hope you dont have anything to do for the next few
months while you research this data. Good luck-----HH
iii iiiiiiiiiiiiiiii
999
