Long <br />Division Director <br />Please be advised that on Febmary 12, 1997, Rio Grande County, whose address and telephone number <br />are P O Box 46 168 North Washington, Monte Vista, CO 81144; (719) 852-4781, filed an application <br />to convert M-78-066, 10 Miles South Pit, a 110(c) Limited Impact Constmction Materials Permit to a <br />112(c) Regular Constmction Materials Permit. The mining and reclamation operation is located at or near <br />Section 25, Township 37.N, Range 7.E, 10th Prime Meridian, in Rio Grande County. The application <br />decision is scheduled for May 12, 1997. <br />A copy of the application is available for review at the Rio Grande County Clerk & Recorder's office and <br />at the office of the Division of Minerals and Geology, Room 2I5, 1313 Sherman Street, Denver, Colorado <br />80203. <br />All written comments or objections must be submitted within twenty (20) days of the date of the <br />newspaper public notice to be considered in the application review process by the Division.
