Coal, Inc. has submitted an application for renewal of its existing <br />mining and reclamation permit. Consistent with Rule 2.07.3(3) of the <br />Regulations of the Colorado Mfned Land Reclamation Board, notice is hereby <br />given that O.C. Coal, Inc. has submitted a complete application for renewal of <br />Permit No. C-80-002. <br />The O.C. Mine No. 2 is located approximately 15 miles northwest of the City of <br />Gunnison, Colorado on the Ohio Creek Road, County Road 6. The geographic <br />location of the proposed permit area is as follows: <br />SW 1/4 of NE 1/4, Section 16, T15S, R86W <br />SE 1/4 of NE 1/4, Section 16, T1.5S, R86W <br />The total area consume~ithin the permlit area is 80 acres. <br />Copies of the complete permit renewal application may be examined as the <br />Gunnison County Clerk and Recorders Office, 200 E. Virginia, Gunnison, <br />Colorado 81230, and at the Division's office, 423 Centennial Building, 1313 <br />Sherman Street, Denver, Colorado 80203. <br />Written comments may be sent to the Mined Land Reclamation Division, 423 <br />Centennial Building, 1313 Sherman Street, Denver, Colorado 80203.
