Ronald w. canany <br />Pueblo <br />CO 81006 Division Director <br />, Natural Resource Trustee <br />Re: Evans #2 Pit, Technical Revision Approval, and Permit No. M-2000-041, Revision No. TR-2 <br />Deaz Mr. Evans: <br />On November 8, 2004 the Division of Minerals and Geology approved the Technical Revision application submitted to <br />the Division on October 25, 2004, addressing the following: <br />Maximum affected acreage for the permit area will be 50 acres, until the operator provides proof of additional <br />water rights and gets written approval from DMG and SEO. <br />The terms of the Technical Revision No. 2 approved by the Division aze hereby incorporated into Permit No. M-2000- <br />041. All other conditions and requirements of Permit No. M-2000-041 remains in full force and effect. <br />The financial warranty needed for the revision is $50,000.00.
