<br />IN THE OPINION OF THE INSPECTOR PROPOSED ALTERATIONS TO THE APPROVED PLANS INVOLVE SIGNIFICANT CHANGES TO
<br />B. COUNTY INSPECTION AFTER THE NATURAL GROUND OR BEDROCK IS EXPOSED AND PREPARED TO RECEIVE FILL, BUT BEFORE
<br />THE CHARACTER OF THE WORK OR TO FUTURE CONTIGUOUS PUBLIC OR PRIVATE IMPROVEMENTS, THE ENGINEER- OF -WORiK
<br />FILL IS PLACED.
<br />SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR SUBMITTING REVISED PLANS TO WELD COUNTY FOR APPROVAL PRIOR TO ANY FURTHER

<br />C. EXCAVATION INSPECTION AFTER THE EXCAVATION IS STARTED BUT BEFORE THE VERTICAL DEPTH OF THE EXCAVATION EXCEEDS
<br />28. LOCATIONS OF UNDERGROUND UTILITIES WERE TAKEN FROM THE RECORDS OF THE CONTROLLING AGENCIES. NO
<br />TEN (10) FEET.
<br />RESPONSIBILITY FOR THEIR ACCURACY IS ASSUMED BY THE ENGINEER. IT SHALL BE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE
<br />D. FILL INSPECTION AFTER THE FILL PLACEMENT IS STARTED, BUT BEFORE THE FILL EXCEEDS TEN (10) FEET.
<br />CONTRACTOR TO VERIFY THE EXISTENCE AND /OR LOCATIONS OF ALL UNDERGROUND UTILITIES PRIOR TO THE COMMENCEMIENT

<br />MAY OCCUR FROM STORM WATER RUN -OFF AND /OR DEPOSITION OF DEBRIS RESULTING FROM ANY & ALL WORK. NO PERSON
<br />F. FINAL INSPECTION WHEN ALL WORK INCLUDING INSTALLATION OF ALL DRAINAGE STRUCTURES AND OTHER PROTECTIVE DEVICES
<br />SHALL EXCAVATE ON LAND SO CLOSE TO THE PROPERTY LINE AS TO ENDANGER ANY ADJOINING IMPROVEMENTS, SIDEWALK,
<br />HAS BEEN COMPLETED AND THE AS- GRADED PLAN, PROFESSIONAL VERIFICATIONS AND REQUIRED REPORTS HAVE BEEN SUBMITTED.
<br />ALLEY OR UTILITY WITHOUT SUPPORTING AND PROTECTING SUCH PROPERTY FROM SETTLING OR OTHER DAMAGE THAT MIGHT
<br />RESULT FROM THE WORK PRESCRIBED ON THIS PLAN. THE LOCAL AGENCY WILL HOLD THE CONTRACTOR RESPONSIBLE F(OR
<br />18. SOILS IN THE AREA OF THE PROPOSED STRUCTURE SHALL BE CUT TO THE PROPOSED GRADE, AND THE SURFACE SHALL BE
<br />CORRECTION OF DAMAGE TO ADJACENT PROPERTY, PUBLIC OR PRIVATE.
<br />SCARIFIED TO A MINIMUM DEPTH OF 1.0 FOOT, MOISTURE CONDITIONED AND PROOF ROLLED TO A MINIMUM OF 95% RELATIVE
<br />COMPACTION, UNLESS OTHERWISE PROVIDED FOR IN THE SOILS REPORT.
<br />30. ALL MATERIALS AND WORKMANSHIP SHALL BE SUBJECT TO INSPECTION BY THE COUNTY ENGINEERING STAFF. THE
<br />COUNTY RESERVES THE RIGHT TO ACCEPT OR REJECT ANY SUCH MATERIALS AND WORKMANSHIP THAT DOES NOT CONFORIM TO
<br />19 AREAS OF CONTINUOUS FOOTINGS SHALL BE UNDERCUT AND COMPACTED TO 95% RELATIVE COMPACTION AT A DEPTH EQUAL
<br />COUNTY STANDARDS AND SPECIFICATIONS. APPLICATION FOR INSPECTION BY THE COUNTY SHALL BE MADE BY THE

<br />THE IMPROVEMENT IF SUBSEQUENT TESTING REVEALS AN IMPROPER INSTALLATION.
<br />WITHIN 0.10 -FEET OF THE APPROVED PLANS AND PROPER COMPACTION AND PREPARATION HAD BEEN OBTAINED. CERTIFICATES
