Permit <br />C-81-071 <br />Enclosed please find the above referenced report as required by CYCC's current permit. As <br />approved by Technical Revision 89-26 (Small Livestock Watertanks), CYCC constructed a <br />number of small livestock tanks during 1991 as shown by the enclosed summary sheet. As <br />relayed by phone to Mr. Berry in February 1991, no livestock tanks were completed during <br />1990. <br />The new livestock tanks have been constructed in accordance with the State Engineer's Office <br />criteria (as previously discussed with the Division), and the associated water-right applications <br />will be filed a soon as clarification of survey data has been completed. Those ponds noted as <br />being in progress will be completed in 1992, at which time surveys will be completed and water- <br />right applications filed. Upon receipt of the water rights the Division will be notified.
