Enclosed please find a copy of the proposed renewal to Foidel Creek Mine's CDPS Permit No. CO-
0036684. This permit covers dischazge from Fish Creek Tipple Pond E, outfall 001. The public comment
period closes Mid-May, 2001. Please give it a quick review. If you have any comments, we will need to
forward them to the CDPH&E. We will be shifring lead on Foidel Creek over to Tom beginning May 151, so
it may be best if you discuss any problems with the CPDS permit with Tom.
