CO 80222.1530 <br />RE: PERMIT CO-0034142.• 3ri1_OUARTER 2002 DMR SUBMITTAL <br />Dear Ms.Lenkey <br />Enclosed please find the above referenced discharge monitoring report for the period July 1, 2002 through September 30, <br />2002. Outfalls 003 and 022 discharged during this period. No permit limitation exceedences occurred dudng this quarter. <br />Chronic Whole Effluent Toxicity (WET) testing were performed at Outialls 022 and00~ indicated no toxicity to P. promelas or <br />C. dubia. The "Concentration with Statistically Significant Difference in Lethality" was>t00°!o for both species at each Outfall. <br />Copies of the CDPS WET Test Report Forms for both species are included in the submittal. <br />Outtalls 003, 004, 007, 009, 011, 012, 013, 014, 015, 016, 017, 018, 019, 020, 021, 023 and 024 along with Sile 3001 did not <br />discharge during this period. In order to reduce the amount of paper work, the following certification will be substituted for the <br />actual DMR forms to cover the ouffalls which did not discharge. <br />I certify under penalty of law that 1 have personally examined and am familiar with the information submitted herein; and <br />based on my inquiry o/those individuals responsible for obtaining the inlormation, l believe the submitted inlormation is <br />true, accurate, and complete. l am aware that there are significant penalties for submitting false inlormation, including the <br />possibility of line and imprisonment. See 18 U.S.C. § 1001 and 33 U.S.C. § 1319.
