The <br />inspections were performed by qualified inspectors under my direction. <br />The ponds are functioning as designed and required maintenance items are not significant <br />with regard to structural integrity. The status of several "60% sediment level" markers is <br />being evaluated; those requiring installation will be installed as conditions permit.
