R(~IC. <br />7cr1 !{A,tA?I(~l;l ~11111gi!lr.. <br />Pursuant to commitments made on 12/7/87, Peabody was to <br />submit to the Division by 11/30/88 a survey of the 008 <br />pond embankment. On 7/11/88 ten survey shots were taken <br />on top of the embankment. The elevation and location of <br />each survey point are plotted on the attached copies of <br />revised Exhibit 7-17A. As can be seen, there has been no <br />settling of the embankment and adequate freeboard still <br />exists. The eievation increases (1709.1 in the original <br />survey to 1709.5) can be accounted for by revegetation <br />activities. <br />If you have any questions regarding this information, <br />please let us know. <br />sk <br />att. <br />
