Moreno: <br />NCIG Financial, Inc.has decided not to pursue the coal mining <br />project in Garfield County, for which the two captioned, discharge <br />permits have been obtained. <br />Effective immdiatedly, the company is requesting that the two <br />permits be cancelled. Throughout the duration of the permits no <br />discharge was ever recorded. <br />The company is submitting to the Office of Mined Land Reclamation <br />plans for the rehabilitation and revegetation of the effected <br />lands.
