The following letter will be duplicated with
the update of the most recent quarter at the end.
This approach will allow the reviewer to either view the entire history from the time the TDR was
installed to present, or, view only the most recent information by progressing to the end of the report.
The TDR Cable installation in Well 20-12 (CO3858- 04552) was completed on June 17, 2004. The
cable was installed with crimps at the following 21 elevations from surface:
32.94' 424.21' 819.49' 1208.84'
97.53' 490.09' 885.10' 1275.06'
163.53' 556.01' 950.07' 1340.46'
229.6' 622.05' 1015.09'
295.14' 687.69' 1079.38'
359.85' 753.56' 1143.72'
Prior to grouting the cable in place a reading was taken and all crimps were identified down through
1208.84'. A short was detected at 1208.84' and no reading was obtainable from the 1275.06' and
1340.46' levels.
The cable was grouted in place and another set of readings were obtained. After grouting of the cable a
short was detected at an elevation of 1000'. All crimps above 1000' read at the same elevation as the
Pre Grout elevations. There was a slight change of approximately .01 units in the Waveform between
the Pre Grout and Post Grout readings.
IIeliv2ring a Crystal Clear Pdvantage
www.americansoda.com
