We appreciate the information so that we can correct this <br />renewal permit. It is currently being revised to apply appropriate limitations and <br />conditions for outfalls 002, 003 and 004, in addition to making the clarifications <br />pointed out in your letter. <br />Because of these changes, we will send a copy of the revised permit to the permittee <br />for a short informal comment period. We will also send you a copy at that time. <br />Please let me know if you note any other discrepancies or have other comments. <br />I also wrote a response to the permittee's comment letter. You are copied on that <br />response.
