BOX I$04 E.ec ua.a Dinxlor <br />l.yOns, CO 805(1 A1lch~rl B Lnnq <br />Dmnion Diwi ¢v <br />Re: Indio Red Quarry Nttmber 1 & 2, File No. M-99-062, Receipt of Additional Materials for the I10 <br />Construction Materials RecL~mation Permit Application Package <br />Dear Mr. Rodriquez: <br />On June 9, 1999, the Division of Minerals and Geology received additional materials for your 110 Construction <br />Materials Reclamation Permit Application package for the Indio Red QLtarry Number 1 & 2, File No. M-99-062. <br />Review of the information received determined that the following items must be received before the Division can <br />consider your application as being submitted and technical review can begin: <br />EXHIBIT B -Site Descriotioo (Rule 6.3.2(a)l: You must address Item (a) to the extent necessary to <br />demonstrate compliance with the applicable performance standard requirements of Rule 3. At a minimum, <br />you must include a description of the soil characteristics in the area of the Proposed operation. The local <br />office of the Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS) may provide you with this information as well <br />as recommendations for Exhibit D -Reclamation Plan; <br />EXIIIBIT J -Proof of Mailine Notices of Permit Application (Rule 6.3.101: Include proof of mailings of <br />the "Notice of Permit Application' sem to the Boazd of Supervisors of the Big Thompson Soil Conservation <br />District, in the application, by submitting the date-stamped receipt for Certified Mailing or adore-stamped <br />copy of the ro[ice form with signature acknowledging personal service and receipt by the appropriate boazd. <br />Also, refer to Rule 1.6.2(t)(a). <br />Your application will not be considered filed until the information listed above is received and found sufficient to begin <br />our review. A decision date will be established 30 days from the date of receipt of all of the requested information. <br />Additionally, if you have already published nonce you will need to republish notice, after the Division considers the <br />application submitted. Republication must occur once within ten (10) days of the submittal date. We will notify you <br />when you should initiate republication of your notice. The final date for receiving corttments is ten (10) days after the <br />date of publication or tite next regular business day. <br />This letter shall not be construed to mean that there are no other technical deficiencies in your application.
