J`3~ <br />i <br />f.~ <br />CLAY MINING LEASE <br />' ,J III III III III IIII III <br />THIS INDENTURE, made as of the 1st day of January, <br />1966, between Dorothy Jenkins, on behalf of herself, and as <br />Trustee for herself, the Estate of Katherine J. Salstrand, <br />Deceased, and the Estate of John C. Jenkins, Jr., Deceased, <br />hereinafter collective called "Lessor", aid the Denver <br />Brick and Pipe Company, a corporation, and per. <br />.Q.,o. <br />Whisenhu-at, hereinafter collectively called "Lessee"; <br />WITNESSETH: - <br />• ,~~ That Lessor, in consideration of the reserved <br />rents, royalties and the covenants of the Lessee hereinafter <br />set forth, does, by these presents, lease to Lessee, for the <br />purpose and upon the following terms and conditions the <br />following described property located in Boulder County, <br />State of Colorado, to-wit: <br />The East One-half of the Southwest Quarter, <br />the West One-half of the Southeast Quarter, <br />and the West Three-fourth of the East One- <br />half of the Southeast Quarter, Secticn 27, <br />'.'~ p Township 1 South, Range 70 West of th.e 6th <br />- Principal Meridian. <br />1.
