i • IIIII~IIIIIIIII~III ~.
Jefferson BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
.~1~
County ~
I - %L
Colorado ~,~,~~' ,~
October 30, 1978
P4r. Chips Berry, Director
Mined Land Reclamation
Room 721 - 1313 Sherman
Denver, Colorado 80203
Dear Chips;
HAL ANDERSON
District No. 1
BOB CLEMENT
District No. 2
JO ANNE PATERSON
District No.3

.,, _ , ,, ~,cra
rl .1,.Ji
S Y. ,.
c~
~~•
I have attached a copy of a Jefferson County Mined Land
Reclamation permit, which is one of three that we received
approximately two weeks ago. I call your attention to
page two of the Pine Valley permit which has not been
signed by a member of the Mined Land Reclamation Board
and the date is incorrect. All three of our permits;
Pine Valley, Dog Pound and Green Valley were returned
in the same manner.
I realize that with the recent turnover in personnel our
applications may not have received someone's full attention,
however, I believe for our records and yours, that we should
be in receipt of signed and properly dated permits. I would
appreciate receiving three corrected permits as soon as a
member of the Mined Land Reclamation Board can sign them.
Jefferson County will probably be making further application
for additional sand and gravel mining operations and I look
forward to working with you, the Board and members of your
staff.
Con at ations on your new position.

James D.
