If you will <br />give us somewhat more advance notice, we will bring in at our expenLSe seismic <br />yam+ring equipment to measure the effect at the pipeline of your test blasting. <br />We are confident that the result will be to make it clear to the permitting <br />authorities, and to you, that you can extract coal up to within the fifty-foot <br />n~„~morar. DO you still make claim for loss Of Commeercial value coal within the <br />fifty-foot bo~udar]/? <br />Please refer to Glen Hatfield's letter of January 10th and the suggestions of the <br />lewicki report. <br />If we can resolve this matter in this way, then let's do it.
