If the issue regarding access to the site is taken to court, Marathon
Gold Corporation should keep the Division abreast of the proceedings of the
court case. If the court rules that Marathon does not have access to the site,
then Marathon Gold Corporation must come before the Board at the next
scheduled meeting to determine permit status.
2. The information provided for the wildlife exhibit is only for 10 acres
and not the entire 161 acres. The Division of Wildlife has requested an
analysis for the entire permitted area be submitted for their review.
Enclosed are the performance and financial warranties that need to be signed,
notorized, and returned to this office. Once these forms have been executed
and returned to our office , a permit will be issued.
If you have any questions , feel free to contact me.
1 rely, l r }
Peter V.
