Dept of lhtutel Resources <br />As you know, construction has begun on the four weirs Snowmass Coal <br />Company agreed to install on North and Middle Thompson Creeks. On page <br />• 3-84 of Snowmass' permit application, I stated that I would submit all <br />aspects of our weir program to the Division within two months of permit <br />approval.
