The sample analyzed by the Colorado Departrnent of Public <br />Health and Environment identified as Sample Number 990833 was collected March 2, 1999, <br />at Fish Creek Borehole NPDES No. CO-0042161-001. Twentymile Coal Company collected <br />a sample at the same time. The results of this sample indicate that the dischazge was in <br />compliance with the NPDES limits. <br />The three samples analyzed by Analytica were collected on April 1, 1999. FCBH001 was <br />collected at the NPDES No. CO-0042161-001 outfall. FCUP was collected approximately 70 <br />feet upstream of NPDES outfall point, of Fish Creek.
