<br />reclamation plan anti map, a fee and a bond or security for such operation as
<br />required by law: and,
<br />~IIQ:RIJIS, the Land Reclamation Board has made a finding, for the purposes
<br />of issuinL; this permit, tlrat the method of operation, pf~ysical appearance, and
<br />timetable are reasonable in view of tilt public interest i-n pltysicallf attractive
<br />surroundings and completion of the operation as soon as practicable; and,
<br />ll1f17RL;A:,, for the purposes of issuing this permit, the operator has made
<br />a satisfactory sl~owint; to the Board that his operation will not arlverscly affect
<br />the stability oC arty man-made structure on the area of the affected land and
<br />within two ]iundred feet of all boundaries of such area; and,
<br />Flf~ItLAS, for the purposes of issuing this permit, the operator has made
<br />a satisfactory showing to the Board that lie will employ during and after his open
<br />mining operations procedures reasonably designed to minimize as much as practicable
<br />the disruption from the open mining operations and will provide for the rehabilita-
<br />tion of any such surface resources adversely affected by such open mining operations
<br />t}rrough the rehabilitation of plant covcr•, soil stability, water resources, and other
<br />measures appropriate to the subsequential beneficial use of such mined and reclaimed
<br />lands; and that in the event of the failure of his proposed reclamation plan, he
<br />will take who.tever measures which may he necessary in order to assure the success
<br />of reclamation of the lands affected by }cis open mining operations; and,
<br />1.11lLRTAS, for the purposes of ir.-vinq this permit, a colry of the applica-
<br />tion approved by the Land Reclamation Ronr~i of the State of Colorado is attached
<br />to this permit and thereby becomes a par'' of the terms hereof.
