This proposal will not have a
significant impact on wildlife in the area if the mining and reclamation plans aze followed as
described. The proposal is an expansion of and existing Decorative Rock Mining area and there
are no critical habitat areas on the site. The only concern would be to insure that the disturbance
does not cause additional siltation in Red Creek which is adjacent to the site on the north.
Thank you for the opportunity to review this information.
Sincerely,
~~~~
Eric A.
