I hope
this is adequate for now.
The following comments respond to questions 1-8 in your
letter.
1. Ponds 1,2,3,4 and 5 vary in surface area from 0.25 acre
to 1.0 acre. The surface area is dependant on the
adjacent river level. Pond 6 is presently about 2.0
acres in area. All of these ponds will become a portion
of one large pond at the time of final reclamation. The
large pond will have on approximate surface area of 9.0
acres.
Ponds 7,8,9 and 10 on the south side of the river will
remain essentially as they are now unless mining
operations are expanded into Phase 5 in the future.
Their surface areas are from 0.3 acre to approximately
2.0 acres and are also dependant on adjacent river water
level. Pond #8 is nearly dry in the fall for example.
2. Water storage filings on the ponds, both absolute and
conditional have been submitted or are in the process of
being submitted.
3. See attached information.
rr Fn9 r~~ ~
