Cottony <br />Division Director <br />Natural Resource Trustee <br />I) EXHIBIT A&B ADEQUATE <br />II) EXHIBIT "C"MINING PLAN <br />A) The operator states, no new roads will be necessary and some <br />improvements on existing roads are needed. Other than covered with in <br />the permit boundary, which other roads are going to be upgraded? Please <br />explain. <br />B) Under sub-heading "p", you stated "blasting maybe used on this site if it <br />becomes necessary to loosen the rock". Prior to any blasting on site, the <br />operator has to notify the Division and provide the appropriate geo- <br />technical investigations to determine scale distance and frequency, to <br />protect any structures that could be impacted. An approval from the <br />Division after the information is reviewed will be required. <br />III) EXHIBIT "D" RECLAMATION PLAN <br />A) Under Exhibit "C" depth of plant growth, the operator indicates the total <br />growth medium to be 15 inches thick. However, under the reclamation <br />plan, you only committed to place between 6" to 12 " of growth medium. <br />The operator must place all available growth mediums an average of 12 <br />inches minimum, through out the affected areas. <br />B) There is no noxious weed control plan submitted in the recalamtion plan <br />other than a cost control plan in the financial warranty calculation for 3.9 <br />acres.
