SHELTO N, Director
December 19, 1986
Mr. Tom Cope
Nelson Engineers
822 7th Street
Greeley, Colorado 80631
Re: Ed Loloff Construction, Inc. - File No. M-85-112
Dear Mr. Cope:

III IIIIIIIIIIIIIIII
999
On December 18, 1986, the Mined Land Reclamation Board reconsidere the
previously granted approval of the above referenced permit applica ion, The
Board re-approved the permit application with a reduction in finan ial
warranty to $15,000.00 and a change to the reclamation plan in acc rdance with
the SCS recommendations.
The bonding costs that your company presented in your November 10, I1986 letter
were used with two changes. Mulching, seedbed preparation, grass $eeding and
fertilization costs I used were $500.00/acre for 10.3 acres or $5, 50.00. In
the Division's experience this number better represents the cost for mulching,
seedbed preparation, seeding and fertilization. I also added 5500 00 for
building removal, The total was E15,010.00 and I recommended bond be set at
$15,000.00.
The permit will be issued upon receipt of properly executed perfo ante and
financial warranties. Mining activities can not commence until th~se two
warranties are received and deemed adequate.
If you have any questions, please contact me.
Sincerely,

Anne C.
